IF she does such good DD, why did she not do her DD first before causing all this loss of money?

DD is an ongoing process and viewpoints can and do change as time goes by. Not defending anyone just making a comment (edit-an observation).

Dave, I prepare for any stock I invest in. I can answer the questions (if I can;t I try to get the answer) or take on the emotional dragon slayers. I have always said if you can't answer a question on your investment then you should not be in it. Problem is I think she finds out why a stock shoots up before she ever enters into a confrontation on a stock. DGIV I believe was run by a group called the rockets or some group like that and then went to INFE. Janice, like I, could not see what in the world was there to support the huge gains in volume and price in just a few days.

I mean I could be wrong but I do not see her making innuendoes or accussations she just sticks with facts and logic. Hard to verbally war someone with facts, logic and knows what they are talking about when it comes to the market. Also I do not just see her slamming just any stock either. She has her DD prior to picking a battle. She appears to me to question stock that rocket on information that cannot be verified. Another words posters with no substance to posts and so forth.

She is effective when she picks a battle. Maybe she is bored and nothing to do but regardless she does make solid points that are industry standard. Plus she is very articulate in her style also. Better have your ducks in a row to verbally combat her is all I can say.

Again I could be wrong but hey I am entitled.

...even though Janice later said that MTEI was not a scam...

I don't recall the context, or the statement, for that matter. But certainly I never said MTEI was a scam. I'd never say that any company was until and unless actual fraud were proved.

A good deal more than a lack of intent to defraud shareholders is, however, required to make a stock a worthwhile investment, or even a vialble short-term trade. If the security of your choice won't stand up to the scrutiny of people who ask questions and actually take the trouble to read SEC filings and dreary stuff like that, then well, you made a bad choice.

You seem to feel that the natural order of things is that every stock Dave Gore takes an interest in should go up. Sorry. This is the market.
