VTSS was also on that list and was considered the "best" chart. Taking a look at the Market Guide fundamental's report on it I could see why:

It has a 1 year EPS growth rate of 106%
Revenues have increased every quarter for the last 14 quarters
EPS has increased every quarter for the last 10 quarters
Return on Equity is 17%
Return on Assets is 16%
Debt = the big goose egg

Price change since the list was posted(4114) is 10%(with a high point of 23%)
Price change since market low in June is 32% (with a high point of 48%)

(The revenue growth on PMCS for 1 year is listed at negative -32%)

An ounce of fundamental research on these two companies would have weeded out the dog.
