James, You write: "It sounds to me that the concept of sending faxes via internet and the cost savings of using this method are not very well known as of yet". Not! Maybe so for "lay people" but people in the telecom business have known it's an absolutely tremendous market because the cost savings can be huge; you can send faxes for (esentially) zero cost using the Internet versus (potentially) many dollars if using long-distance, direct dial communications. The world-wide market was estimated last Fall at $15B (yes, with a "B", not a measly "M" (g)). I wouldn't be surprised if the estimates would be even higher today.
