Not! Maybe so for "lay people" but people in the telecom business have known it's an absolutely tremendous market because the cost savings can be huge; you can send faxes for (esentially) zero cost using the Internet versus (potentially) many dollars if using long-distance, direct dial communications. The world-wide market was estimated last Fall at $15B (yes, with a "B", not a measly "M" (g)). I wouldn't be surprised if the estimates would be even higher today. That's why so many people are scrambling to get in it as witnessed by the Business Wire release in George's earlier post.
