79,767 shares is about 1 full day's trading volume, all on the sell side. IMHO, no wonder the stock does not go up.

Richard,
It is not clear how much of the R&D increase is additional bodies and how much is the purchase of equipment needed for them to be in a position it deliver the Ultra high throuput screening system.
It would be a good question to ask the company.
