typically unless brought to this thread I do not worry about what others do. CYGS I knew about at .70 and I could not convince myself to buy it ... I did not but TCBG until it was over a buck. I have decided against PHOX and BYWD and I bought HVAR before I realized the promoter. ARET had large blocks hit it this morning.

This is a vicious arena ... Everyone should realize that putting down a bet in the OTC arena you stand a chance of losing every dime. Every stock is going to have naysayers ... If you cannot defend the facts then you have no business in it. Also if Janice or any naysayer can get you to sell that is not her fault that is the investor won sold because they allowed their fear/greed emotion to kick in. Facts do not matter when that emotion comes into play. Also it appears they pick heavily invested day trader runs too. Easier to shake sells.

Again each stock she picks seems to have the same MO to it.

Dave, do not get me wrong I like the points you make and it is questionable to their motive but I cannot prove anything so I cannot be part of accussing them of wrong doing. The SEC is probably dead on top of it though. No one on SI makes the moise they do without being noticed.

Make your case to the SEC they WILL check it out.

However are they doing anything different than a group that run a stock on hype. Invest on facts and solid DD and even then there are no guarrantees.

Just a vicious market.

Hype Boy
or
The Overlord(s) of SI

Sorry Bard, didn't want to come in here in the first place but this serious. I will try and not to litter up your Corner and will also stick to facts.

This thread and this post have seemed to stir up some controversy here on SI. #Subject-21789 #reply-5185218.
Apparently Mr. Gore has been suspended for spamming a retaliatory message over many threads.

I have no particular animus for Dave Gore.
It is unusual for me to post in such a fashion regarding a poster, I usually post like this on companies.
If I do post like this, it is an attempt to show the error in a certain stance.
I have received notice from the administration that Dave's contributions are welcome, as are mine.
I feel that this is the case with all posters.
I read everything that time allows and usually have strong opinions. (As you well know Bard)
Dave's last message is the one I am responding to.

Mr Gore is currently undergoing a credibility crisis and I do not wish him well in his endeavors, #reply-5211034, such continued refusal to BE REAL is not understandable. I cannot understand why SI would let him post at all, let alone reprimand me, c'est la vie.
I am not stupid enough to think that Dave would have an audience elsewhere, he does not swear enough, or make enough uncouth comments for Yahoo or Raging Bull, and who would go to Stockhouse ?
I do not believe that this issue is anything at all like he believes it to be. This is not about SI, it is about Dave Gore reputation on SI. I have not lied to Mr. Gore, I have not been attacking him, I have been condensing the results of my reading and adding my opinions.

I might add, that I encountered the post from Ravi while following another poster I have bookmarked, It was serendipity Bard, I have not made any effort to read Mr. Gores work and I do not have him bookmarked. ( I had Bookmarked the Basher thread above, prior to any of this). People often consider or label me a contrarian and I am aware of most threads containing the word Basher or Hyper. I was aware of the thread he was posting on and when I read the post from my good friend Ravi,<g> (I have no idea who Ravi is) I decided upon the spur of the moment to follow it up. I thought Mr. Gores contribution to the thread was significant, from my perspective.

I haven't been reading the thread Bard, but congratulations on it's success. I tend to not dwell on positives such as yourself. A short discussion is usually all that is required to ascertain a view, as you know.
I do not seek your blessing, I will say whatever I want and risk the perils of banishment. I got whacked for a week once for the run I took at the Dreaded Doll, was worth it though. I became a more effective poster. (guess I owe you one Barb)
