FWIW - CNNfn hyped the AMZN earnings announcement.

I imagine the bulls won't really fear AMZN until BKS gets more aggressive in internet marketing (IMO of course).

OTOH - Maybe BKS and company will just hand the whole business over to AMZN and file for bankruptcy.

TD, the AMZN report was not very good and they tried to make believe that earnings were better than GAAP method shows. But AMZN is a mania, not paying attention to fundamentals. Could go either way tomorrow. Look at ETEC response to bad earnings in first Quarter, went way up. But eventually came back to earth. So will AMZN, but who knows when? Currently a random event based on investor psychology, not logic.

It is interesting that everyone is celebrating AMZN's earnings by mentioning they beat estimates whereas they actually came in short.
