per CC--Sept qtr rev will be lower. Also june qtr gr mgn at a peak (48.3%) and sept qtr mgn will be lower---low 40's is "in the right ballpark". Current break even is about $26MM and we're going to have to lower that--looking at taking several MM's out of expenses via staff reduction etc.----no visability as to whether or not Sept qtr is the bottom.
