JM2C,

See link below...perhaps some relationship to what is going on here.

www3.techstocks.com

As far as I'm concerned there is nothing of any importance than can be said either way until we see:

o The audited financials for 1997

o Audited financials for Q1 1998

o Indication(s) of future performance

Until we see the above, I honestly don't understand why people continually continue to bash and ask stupid questions they know cannot be answered but place a small little grain of doubt in the real stockholder's minds.

Face it people, the company (FAMH) has finally started to act like most other companies out there and is not going to cave into doing anything they don't want to do whether "investors" here like it or not. Hopefully, the new president and CFO are truly class professionals, will do the right thing and are not participating in some kind of scam. If that is the case they will not allow the participants of an internet investment site tell them how to run the company, and by the fall we real shareholders may have a lot to be happy about.

Like a lot of you, I'm not happy with what has transpired and I place ALL blame squarely at Arif Adam's doorstep because he is the CEO and owns the company!!! If (and I mean if) Ira Monas was a liar, why did Arif not correct the situation 4 or 5 months ago or as soon as it began? The answer is I don't know and neither do any of you out there know, and probably never will know.

What is in the past is in the past and there isn't a damned thing we can do about it. At this point, asking the same questions (or variants thereof) over and over again is not going to accomplish anything but instill doubt and cause the further degeneration of both this thread and, possibly, the stock price.

Think about it!!!

o Who in their right mind would want the stock price to go lower than it is now?

o What possible motivation could anyone have to bash the stock now when the only result will likely be the further erosion of the stock price?

Dave
