Thean, what is interesting is that oil rebounded pretty well today even with bearish inventory data. I liken than to the barron's article that Challo posted yesterday. The commercials are getting every drop thay can at these prices knowing that it will cost more in the future. As barron's pointed out, the commercial insiders are very long commodities now while speculators are short. BTW, RON & FLC had a huge spike down today and recovery on volume.

Thean,

I have always been a believer that Alan Greenspan is the teacher/parent. When he's "away" from Congressional testifying, the kids in the classroom run amok, and then quietly behave for two days while he testifies. After he's gone, we go back to being kids... Same thing happens when he gets the teacher conference (Fed board) together 6 times a week. It's like when the report card comes home....

Teddy should be familiar with that, right?? <g>

I was impressed by the sharp revesal of the OSX yesterday, but not all stock reversed. GLM came down from deep red to shallow red, as did RON, but some stock actually went green. I don't understand why some did that and other's didn't. I have some other things attempting to pick up the slack for the drillers right now. When they bounce, it'll be gravy, but now it has only been a drag on my portfolio.

I might try to literally day trade these, and eek out some "scrappy" profits...
