DocStone,

I must confess that I got a little chuckle out of your comment about DRIV making the deal with NTSA. "Crappy" is one way to describe NTSA. I am curious as to why DRIV has an interest in the company. As for the deal with Xerox, this is yet another positive move down the path of success for DRIV. The software that is being pushed has been rated the best by a few of the publications that I read (i.e. pc magazine, windows mag) just to name a couple. I have used one of its competitors products and found it an excellent choice and my company that i am currently working for (about 300 people in size) uses the Xerox product. This deal is getting stronger every day, and continues to impress.

GeoCities IPO may coincide with DRIV:

Looks like GeoCities may coincide with DRIV. Initial price is low, float tiny. What are your thoughts on implications to DRIV, my initial assessment is that GeoCities would help DRIV more if it happens before DRIV IPO. TSQD seems well positioned to play role of CMGI for DRIV. Thanks for comments (and thanks for advice on crappy little NTSA, I'm saving my money to get more TSQD at ~$4 1/2).

cbs.marketwatch.com

GeoCities, which hosts the only Web property among the 10 most heavily trafficked that isn't yet part of a public company, filed to sell 4.75 million shares at $12 to $14 each. At the top end of the range, the Santa Monica, Calif.-based company would be worth $429 million, not including outstanding options. Excitement over the upcoming GeoCities' IPO, which some analysts believe could outperform Broadcast.com's last week, has given a huge boost to shares of CMG Information Services (CMGI). CMG is the largest shareholder in GeoCities, which allows users to create their own Web pages.

According to lead underwriter Goldman Sachs, GeoCities is scheduled to price on Aug. 10 for trading the next day.
