A few weeks ago I scrounged around websites of game retailers to get a breakdown of who they were and how many stores they had. Already posted on MF, but wanted to share here too. chain / number of stores walmart 2363 best buy 285 target 810 kmart 2118 babbages/soft etc. 450 funcoland 250 sears 833 (some stores probably dont have games) shopko 130 toys r us 700 bradlees 120 caldor 110 elec bout / walden sw 438 Kaybee toy 1200 Meijer 112 Good guys 77 Comp USA 150 If anyone knows of any other big chains I missed, let me know. Chris. p.s. thanks to all have emailed Jill on my behalf. as someone noted, hopefully tomorrows action will make 125.00 seem like chump change....not sure if i would pay it though - i am just too cheap. by the way, i sort of sold some today - wrote august 35 calls on 15% of my shares. was my way of doing a little profit taking.
