Barry,

Thanks for the Second Opinion report, it confirms my technical analysis. Take special note of the Recommendation:

"STOCK IS A SHORT CANDIDATE IF YOU ARE LONG; CLOSE POSITION OR MONITOR STOCK CLOSELY"

However, I don't think most brokerage houses will let you short a stock under $5.00, so I wouldn't worry about shorts; but I do believe there is a high probability for LCAV to retest $2.75 (see my last post). This drop in price should trigger buying in the stock, the question is how much buying.

One other concern is the market averages will take a major drop in August, and this is not the time to take long positions. The only chance we have now is that the earnings will sustain a rise in price and we can get out with a profit. LCAV will go higher in the long run, but there are just too many negatives at the present time to encourage more demand and less supply of stock.

I hope that this helps.

Harry

HI Barry.

I think the volume is too low to be considered distribution. the up and down pattern is but there is no real peaks unless you consider a quadruple top.

We keep jamming that 3.5 roof. "one of these days Alice, one of these days"
