I do , as of 10 minutes ago, have all of the certified documents relating to the Coconino - LPS deal. Including the third party study that you, David Smith, did want to see. You can either e-mail HK Boner at hkboner@hotmail.com and get them , or PM me with your fax # and I will fax to you. I am not an attorney, but this is a done deal. All of the documents are there, including the Coconino Financial Statement that has the assets on the balance sheet as well as a description of the transaction in the notes to the financials. There are press releases announcing the transaction and I just don't see how the management of Coconino can back out of this deal, good or bad. I hate lawsuits, but that is exactly where this is headed. I would also expect the SEC to become involved because of the apparent fraud committed by HK Elrod and Mike Millis, among others, that I am sure will be exposed when the SEC becomes involved. There is clearly a pattern of doing deals and then canceling them after press releases, etc. I came accross some in the notes to financials that look exactly like this LPS deal. No telling what else is out there that we do not know about at this time. Just a matter of time before the SEC stops trading in this one , JMHO.
