PH, re AND, I'm hardly trying to make a bullish case for AND. I was just responding to your initial post about the convert issue, warning that it was not exactly a "short any company issuing a floorless" kind of situation. Clearly, you have other reasons for being bearish on it and I'm not arguing with them, but considering how quickly the market seems to jump on floorless deals these days, jumping into one too quickly on the assumption it is floorless when it may not be could be dangerous. OTOH, sometimes I am excessively cautious, so WDIK? Bob
