Richard,
As soon as i receive an answer from IPM I will post it on the MAXAM thread, however Mr. Runyon controls 4 million shares, capital has 2.6 million shares, I know of at least 3 people who have a million each, and there is the last private placement of 1.25 million, and Midis has 300 thousand, that adds up to 11,150,000 shares and without most of those this kind of a deal simply will not work, however we are in favor of anything that will save IPM.
Paunch.

Well it appears that we finally have some buying coming in. If we can just get someone to buy another 3 or 4MM shares then we should be set to go.

Richard: I'm disturbed. I returned from vacation to find that you are not doing a good enough job supporting Maxam's share price.

Oh well, your lack of support enabled me to buy some sub-20 cent Maxam shares, although those pesky MM's would not fill my entire order at 19 cents.

Now what is all this stuff about share dividends, spinoffs, etc. Hope Dale is not taking lessons in enhancing shareholder value from Paul Montle <VBG>.
