It looks like someone or somebody is overtly trying to keep the rcg share price down. Some games are being played for the moment. Given the price over the last 2 days, I view this as a significant buying opportunity.
I think that as the time comes closer for the merger completion, we shall see a fairly significant upswing in the price.
I am a little suprised we don't see some stronger price support right now but oh well.
has anyone else try to contact GRN for any type of feed back? Terence gave me the number but I have been super busy at work to call. Trying to handle Y2K issues for my company and all.

Depending on price at the merger completion, it may be a good idea to take some profits depending upon your entry price.

I think the Interunion release was positive. RCG's core technology is substantial and the property is protected such as the patents. I think I was told that their core technology was valued around just under $10MM. right now. Not bad for A STOCK TRADING AROUND 3 cents.
I remember when RCG was over $3.00/share a few years ago. Boy have things changed.
Is this speculative? You bet!!
Is there upside potential? You bet!
Is George B. going to lose money on this. No Way!
My optimisum is in the fact that George B. is up to his eyeballs in this deal and he wants to and has to make this work. This deal is good for George which is good for the shareholders and is also good for GRN.
GRN has been very quiet regarding this but from what I can find out, they are a first class operation and therefore can take RCG technology and go forward which is very good for them.
I see this as a win, win, win situation for everyone involved after the merger is completed.
Any thoughts?

Gilbert, This summer will bring a significant rise in share value!!! To the holders of RCG. shares who may wish to sell low (for whatever reason) I believe your shares will be picked up in due course by sources who are very much aware of the incredible value of the portfolio held so safely by RECEPTAGEN, Regards, Terence.
