As long as INPR trades above 6.8125, your "double bottom" theory is correct and INPR will move up slowly. The share buy-back will help...to buy back 1m shares over approx 60 trading days would require a rate of about 20,000 per day...nice business for someone...I wonder who they have selected as broker?

INPR's cash position is good they have $80m+ and should get about $30m from Starfish. After a buyback of $10m this should leave about $100m cash.

If they only spend about $7.5 - $8 m on the buyback, then they could easily repeat the exercise next quarter. If they do there is every reason to believe the 6.8125 level will hold.
