I agree that Newt and wife hold all the cards. Thus far they have pursued an expansion policy that may lead some to doubt the seriousness of their intentions. They also seem to have a lack of understanding of the market forces which determine the price of the common stock.
In the long run, however, their desire to cash out will benefit all holders.
