TC: You seem to be only interested in what you perceive to be wrong doing on the part of the yays. The company may have done something wrong, & if they did, I am sure the SEC will take care of that. I always try to preface with an IMO, or a may, you however, post as the "man who knows". Who considers himself the legal expert, you or I? I am raising some questions that none of you nays want to face, and I have a feeling that they will get tougher as the days pass, but you never know, I do run hot and cold on a lot of issues.
