Bradpalm, All companies have ups and downs...(no pun) If you have followed stocks you are familiar with a 52 week hi/lo Name your favorite stock, name your favorite stock deal...now Brad-go and look at the 52 week hi/lo for this year, last,etc Then do a little bit of research and understand why that stock had its hi/lo- Market, specific segment, company problems,etc Now with a little effort and an open mind (not short)at what has occured at VVUS(new plant,Viagra issues,ED exposure w/Viagra,etc) and to not come to the conclusion that there is value in the future of VVUS above 7.00 - then great...sit back and watch the rest of us make money. Do you really think any of us care if you believe the information some of us have regarding the company being purchased. SHUBLU
