or mabye berg is just an idiot who didn't knwo what was happening? Remember, he has been buying for a long time and has probably seen a huge loss. IDT might be a buy out candidate, but why now. Why didn't some do it last quarter or earlier? As I said, their ic busines is break even at best. So much for the higher margin products. And management should be fired too. They probably should have trimmed back a long time ago. I can only guess that len has been half asleep at the wheel. Maybe the board should do to him what seagat did to Shugart.
