"Surgeons are slow to change" No one is going to accuse these guys of being cutting edge. I think the arthroscopic procedure will help but that won't be available until some time in '99, it won't be easy, and will require more training.
Are you selling? For me it is painful at such a loss. Isn't this like pulling off a really big, really sticky bandaid?

Yeah I agree. Sounds like damage control on justifying a Q to Q decline in the number of procedures. This seems more and more like a marginal procedure all the time. Hard to make big bucks on 100's of patients.
