Man, is this thread dead or what? Isn't the Dell news old hat? I thought that SYQT products have been available from Dell's add on department for a while? Is this the Ed's attempt to trick us into believing that this is an OEM deal? And why release it after the market close - boy, a lot of good that did.

Dale, the filing today of an S-3/A by SyQuest lends credibility to your assumption that most of the recent increase in outstanding shares came from newly issued stock as an incentive to entice warrant holders to exercise them. After all, if SyQuest had to amend the latest S-3, no conversion could have taken place yet.
