Alomex...did you take the time to listen to the conference call? Anderson said that we're sitting on some pretty big backorder of PowerBooks.

No I did not. However I was basing my opinion on the remarks by Jobs at MacWorld as transcribed by the press. In them he says the backlog is gone. I guess it was just a bit more of Jobs salesmanship....

I think it's just within your nature to "claim" that you hold AAPL every time AAPL rises and then...return to the true bear that you are as soon as the stock dips.

Think about it for a second Eric, if I was making these trades up why would I claim to have bought it at $29 1/4 and sold at $31 in April/May when I could equally as well have claimed an entry of $27 and change? Why would I have sold half of my current position at $31 1/2 instead of holding long, if I was making these trades up?

You always manage to find something to pick at about AAPL and yet manage to miss all the main issues make or break a quarter.

As I pointed out before you have a highly selective memory.

According to you I "always" miss the issues, even though my bearish revenue predictions during the last three quarters have been relatively accurate. If we dig a little bit farther back, we'll find 12 quarters of consecutively accurate bearish predictions on my side against your incorrect bullish predictions.

Me: "I'll go out on a limb and say that we might see yet again another quarter of flat revenues"

Eric: Boy...you are so off.

People here said the same thing when I made other revenue predictions. Let me remind you that my last quarter revenue prediction, which was also harshly received, turned out to be above actual reported figures.

[you] "claim" that you hold AAPL every time AAPL rises

Translation: you are always wrong, and when you are right, you were just cheating.

What an arrogant SOB!
