Hi David in sunny BC: In addition to Gino's info here's a link to the Canada Stockwatch site which will give you a ton of information: every trade, short positions, bids, asks, etc: Message 4664972 I was told by a source that Napier is not just going to sit back and license out everything. They will also have their own client base and can meet expected demand. Another production machine to produce the SV-35 products runs to only $40k!! I also understand that they are considering moving to larger manufacturing premises. Your right - Napier was an R&D company with small premises - and one of the less than 3% of R&D companies that makes it to the profitable manufacturing stage. Here's another factoid: I was also told (and reported earlier) that Napier will be be in the black and PROFITABLE by the end of July - that's the end of next week! ICI and K-G Packaging will be licensed to sell the SV-35 product line - but not exclusively - and Napier have told me that they will pick and choose 'who gets what'. ICI is the biggest player here and gives Napier instant worldwide market penetration to 163 countries. ICI have told me that it will take a little while to get their marketing teams up to speed with the SV-35/Aquasol products (given the revolutionary and unusual way they work). There are a lot of marketing teams to train and customers to demonstrate these products to - and I was told by ICI that they can meet ANY level of demand - with the base of worldwide operations for Hydrostrip 500 ( ICI's licensed name for SV-35 ) located at their base in Edmonton. Aquasol solution will be licensed under the name of Hydrosol 700. K-G packaging will focus initially on the north American market and sell SV-35 in the spray cans in the US under the Crown label. Aquasol have also told me that they will have no problem meeting demand. Aquasol solution is also benign - but just as revolutionary as SV-35 - that they are based downtown in Calgary! The merger between Napier and Aquasol will produce a company that will be the world's market leader. However, until the announcement is made I don't how how the merger will play out: if Napier will completly absord Aquasol, or if Aquasol will continue to operate under their existing name with Napier being the parent company. In any case at least two current Aquasol people will sit on Napier's new board. Patent lawyer(s) - another factoid: there are additional patents in the pipeline! Until tomorrow, David in Ontario

I will make two more comments. The 1st comment concerns Aquasol and Napier. Gino made the following statement (Aquasol needs Napier alot more than Napier needs Aquasol) and from what I assume to be true, this is not a correct statement. FACT: Aquasol already has a deal with ICI, Napier is only WORKING on a deal with ICI. Napier is in tight with ICI thanks largely in part to Aquasol. The 2nd comment concerns the news release and the stock price. There have been meetings that have recently taken place concerning the price of Napier's stock. There are certain parties involved that need minimum assurances as to the true future value of their Napier shares and this issue has been S E R I O U S L Y addressed. Assuming what I have been told is true, then the news releases are not going to be half-hazardly released to the public. THE SPECIFIC GOAL OF THE NEWS RELEASE WILL BE TO JUSTIFY A MUCH HIGHER STOCK PRICE AND THIS MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED (Justify is the most important word in this sentence and when they can accomplish this, you will get your news release, not a moment sooner) It is going to be very carefully thought out and methodically orchestrated with the right data to guarantee that Napier's stock will never see $2 again.
