Here is a letter I sent to my Senator

Dear Senator

I have a concern over the way our small Aerospace Companies are being shut out of fair and equitable competition. President Clinton is giving our Aerospace business to the Chinese. By not modifying the START II treaty to allow for peace time use of this technology we hurt Americans.
Specifically, E' Prime Aerospace has sat helpless in hopes that the START II treaty could be ammended to allow peace time use of our most economical and successful launch vehicle (Eagle commercial space booster). The rocket technology is held captive because it was used in the peacekeeper missle.
Peacetime conversion of military technology has kept America at the forefront of the world. We cannot let our technological edge grow dull.
This business as well as other small aerospace concerns can help make our country strong and stay a global leader. Bob Davis from Titusville Florida has been to Washington many times seeking your support. Please look into this matter and help keep our American small businesses stay alive.

Thank You
