Karl Drobnic attributes Larry Hagewood's sale of shares to his life-threatening illness earlier this year. Fallon and Richards only filed to sell 7,200 and 4000 shares respectively, which is not much. Kelsall has filed to sell a total of 145,000 shares. That's a lot, especially since he is the CFO.
I am digging to find out what Kelsall's total number of shares were. According to the last annual report (Oct 97), he only had 113,600 shares. Fallon (the COO) on the other hand, had nearly 1,500,000 shares in Oct. 97.
