Wiseowl, At what point is an acquisition finalized? Daimler-Chrysler? is that a done deal? Price Waterhouse Coopers. Is that? I assure you that in each of those transactions there are clauses which if not satisfied would cause the deals to unwind. You think PriceWaterhouseCoopers is going to undo the deal? Its highly unlikely given the amount of energy and time that has been spent joining the companies. Same here. Management of both companies (CCI and TSIG) want this deal to work. The combination of the two companies makes for a concept that alone neither has. I did notice that while you pick and choose what you respond to, the best you could come up with here was "no matter what you say, TSIG does not own CCI". From what Ive seen you write, I know you have more common sense than that answer indicates.

WiseOwl. After reading the SEC filing I have come to the conclusion that you are bashing for no reason. If the assets of CCI are not purchased by TSIG, They still have the rights to the site and all the profits less 1%. The deal will probably still go through but TSIG is doing their DD. Something you must not do. You seem to be another basher. It is TRUE. They do not own CCI yet. But you make it seem to be some scam. Which according to the SEC filing it is not. This is not an attack on you per se, but you need to "wise" up. @ .30 I am willing to take this risk. Long as of tomorrow. PS . Outstanding shares as of 6-25-98 were about 39 million.
