Yor're right Japan will get it together as will China and the rest of Asia, at the expense for the indebted US. As for Russia the IMF is trying to bail out German Banks who are owed $ 100B, it won't work. The IMF is laying waste to the economies of Asia with their restrictive draconian measures with the interest of the banks and not the people. They want the US to foot the bill so that we can bail out the banks that make the money on the loans that built businesses that took US jobs etc. etc., etc. The game is almost over.
