3M shares to Omega are in escrow. IMO the balance of common shares received as interest on the loan deferral have probably been sold.
Your Omega =Phoenix =Maxam =Dale = No Money comment is pure conjecture and is not worthy of a knowledgeable reply.

Yes, Omega still owns 4MM shares of IPM. I am sure that if someone presented a viable solution to the current situation that Mr. Runyon would be all ears as it would have a very positive effect on Mxam. Do you have a suggestion?
