Joseph: Among all the downgrades yesterday there were a few analysts who recommended the stock at these levels including Cowans, who follow the company closely. You may also be interested in the opinion today of Briefing COM. :

"Brief: Disturbing trend taking place in the software industry as a number of companies - Microsoft (MSFT), PeopleSoft (PSFT) and Computer Associates (CA) to name a few - have warned of slowing revenue growth.

Computer Associates (CA) plunged 30.7% on a huge spike in volume as company warned of a slowdown over the next several quarters... Sharp break obviously did serious technical damage, but for the patient, yesterday's overreaction left company trading at attractive valuation levels."

My short answer is yes. Unfortunately I had to chase the stock this AM and bought 1/2 of my planned position at 41 3/4. If it drifts back below 40 I will buy the 2nd 1/2, but if not at least I didn't miss the train. Also bought ADI, TMO this AM as well.

Best of luck
Mike
