JPR, You have not called into a company that requires you to make a 'tough tone' entry then. I used to think that I would just 'wait' and the phone would be answered, but recently I have been getting to places that repeat the message to enter a 'selection' twice, and if you don't, they just disconnect you! (How rude they are!) Don't you miss some of the features like 'last number redial', 'speed calling', 'cancel call waiting', 'call waiting', 'voice mail', 'call trap' or many others? As for computers, I still use a computer purchased in 1983 for running a program that I haven't ported to this new 'hot dog'! If you have the application designed for an older computer, that doesn't require all of the bells and whistles, go for it! Regards, Ken
