Collins said, "Again, we promise to announce material developments as they become definitive. . ." Further up, "material development" is defined as "signed contracts." That's pretty much equals "no uncertain terms" to me. Are you suggesting I take it back or Mr. Collins take it back?

I, too, trust Mr. Collins and have found him to be honest and conservative.

I don't practice in the area of securities transactional law and I am not well-versed in all of the SEC's regulations, so I don't know if there is an affirmative duty to disclose these contracts independent of WAVX's promise to do so on its own initiative. WAVX's promise is pretty clear to me, however.

Did I miss your point, Marty?
