I just research and willing start a thread if one does not exist. Supply what I find and then let the verification begin on the DD. No guarrantees, no promises, no nothing. Use common sense when investing and understand the risks of putting money in companies where start up risks exist is like trying to roll a snake eyes on the crap table. Every single OTC can has problems with it from Analysis, management, stock structure, past, potential, industry. etc. Have to be tough to survive in this arena. GB
