Kory, Checked a couple of trading bds. I follow, feeling I found was, no big deal, blowout expected BUT acquisition charge was larger than expected. No hurry, Plenty of time, buy on the fade. So far they seem to be right. Been following since 4Q 95, other than recovery after 4Q97, lost after WCW loss, street reaction never fails but to disappoint. Re: acquisition charge, anytime the co. has to explain an earnings announcement the street is going to have assumed a negative, and will not be waiting for the explanation, even if we are. Positive, it comes back the way it should, also holding above 33. Best, stx
