Confrontational is fine, insulting is not.

Regarding facts. How's dilution of 7 fold. No SEC docs. How do you know what they told you was the truth? You took their word for it? Just like the debenture you thought wasn't out there, right? Nothing this company has promised has EVER come to fruition. That's a FACT.

I know you're going to say that it depends on when you got in, but when you look at a company - you have to look at the history, because the future will usually follow the past unless there is some change at the top. If Califtalk hadn't stepped in, we would have been headed for more dilution and another reverse split. If you don't believe that then you're naive.

Now I still own shares and have been fortunate to trade enough to be close to break even and I do want to see the company succeed and the value brought out from their assets. I have no doubt that there is oil there. It just has always boiled down to one thing: competency of management. I have to apologize to Offie, even though I didn't like his methods, he was focusing on the most important aspect (still think he went too far on some things! :-)).

Hope you can see this and understand it.
