Mark, I think the foundation is much more than "feeling" sounder. Unless the cost structures change (such as Ireland having to change its favorible corporate tax policy for EU complience) they emphatically have put themselves in a much better position. As their productions facilities are used to a higher capacity, the favorible trend of revenue - overhead will make a strong impact on the bottom line. Now if they could only exersize restraint in the fuly diluted shares outstanding, EPS would climb quickly. IF IMSCO Scott
