I hope the preliminary audit comes out clean and difinitive sounding. Two more weeks. Two more weeks and I'll have wait I've been waiting for with CD. I don't mind CD going down as low as it doesn't have more downs than ups. I've got a lot of my money riding on CD, so I hope it doesn't disappoint.

Certainly, I don't want to hear about another revision downward. Of course, I'll know when that news comes out, if it does, before it is even announced by what the stock price does ! A two point down day should indicate more bad news if history is to be repeated.

It is ridiculous that Walter Forbes would even speak in public and state that he intends to keep his position until after the audit findings are completed. So far, things sound very bad for him.

In my opinion, justice will not be served if he not only doesn't get paid, but if he doesn't get jail time or at least barred from running a company for the rest of his life (Maybe CEO should get licenses, like lawyers, to be a CEO).

May CD prosper ! On the bright side, at least CD is holding $ 16.00b so far (Everytime I say something like this, it goes down, so I hope I'm not jinxing us ).

CD: $ 16.25b $ 16.31a

<<Removing Mr. Forbes would require a vote of at least 80% of the
company's 28 directors>>
Wonder what kind of vote it would take to remove directors favoring retention of Mr. Forbes. It would seem there are a lot of PO'd fund managers that would buy back the shares just for the chance for a little payback - that could push CD up a few points ;-))
