All I'm saying is that if TEIM can go up it should
be no problem for NAMX

I must be missing the correlation here. If you're investing based on this assumption, you've been steered in the wrong direction.

since their news is so
truthfull and factual.

Uhhhhhhhhhh....I actually didn't know whether your comments were an attempt to be humorous or you were actually being serious. I'd say it safe to say that NAMX's press releases are one of the main reasons they're in the mess they're in today.

but 8cents is a lot
better than 3 cents.

Depends on where you bought...

If I was a major shareholder I would definately
kick them in the butt and demand new management.

What are you going to get with new management? The technology will remain the same and that's why most people bought this stock in the first place. The technology has yet to be proven and the company is pumping gas from existing wells. Exploration companies are a dime a dozen. In most people's eyes, the validity of the Em-Sounder has proved to be bogus.

This no news thing is baloney

Making up news is what got them in this mess in the first place..

something else going on preventing them from
honoring the stock holders demands.

Truth is they don't have to honor any stockholder demands. They can pretty much do as they please. I mean for goodness sakes, they don't even file quarterly reports.
