Oh, OK, so that is why DGIV's price went down when there were 2 and 3 times more buys than sells. OK, I get it. Sorry for being so naive.

And sorry for the "dreaded italics."

The "italics" remark is due to a post indicating that the use of "italics" is a "mark" of one of the "professional bashers" around, you know, the conspiracy theory and the like.

As for the above, I assume you base your opinion on the Level II reports, which I do not agree with such reports, as many, many instances I have put my bid (to buy), at the bid" and I get executed, same thing with the sales, I place my selling price and I get the execution. This does not happen all the time, but it does happen it really depends on how fast the market may be.

And as to the so-called "Cartel" I simply do not buy such theory, for example, I for one read and participate on the Thread Morons, and I do not even know any of those guys, I believe they are funny and I agree with most of their opinions, does that make me part of the conspiracy ? I doubt it.

Since I sold my DGIV quite some time ago, I believe I have posted once or twice here, and frankly I have been very busy with other trades to belong to a Cartel or Conspiracy.

My opinion only.

I do not know the specifics for why DGIV has gone down but there could be many many reasons, for one, (from what I remember about the company, and it could be all wrong), I was never able to find out how many shares there were that could have been sold off-shore, I believe they are called reg-s shares. These transactions would not e be known to the general public, yet the sales would take place.

In addition, there may be trades that take place in the middle of the spread, (if it is large enough), and frankly I do not believe that by reading the reports as it has been made truly determines how many buys or sells take place.. my opinion only.

In some instances, these shares are given to promoters and then the way they get their money is by shorting them..... they do not have to "cover" in the market, because they already have those shares, and they can sit on them forever, (that is my understanding, and again I no longer deal with penny stocks any more, so I do not remember, how the story goes and yes, I could be wrong). (FTEL is the exception, and remember that FTEL became a reporting company recently).

I am not suggesting this is what happens with DGIV in specific.

Saludos.
