Its not dropping from the get go but with this consumer driven stock the broad attention the earnings release has created has probably brought in a few new speculators. I think it will start to move down today.

Here is one prediction: Covey said that Amazon.com expects sales to increase sequentionally by only 5% to 10% this quarter. The speculators can reason that somehow their grand speculation for the company - one that goes well beyound what the company envisions - is right on tract. Their bubble will be bust by the time the company reports this quarter's sales and earnings. The stock should fall well before the end of the quarter, but I think that will be the final straw that will bring down the price if for any reason it doesn't.
