Sam,

It seems to me that an investment in IDT at this time is a gamble. Why put hard earned money in a stock that has so many problems. To me the facts at IDT are simple.

1. Idt (and others on this SI board) fail to understand that a big part of share price increase comes from "proper Wall Street communication"

....example.... Dell sold off some a few days ago based partly on a conference call that was made to a Wall Street firm. Someone reported that ASP's were dropping. (True, but only 1/2 the story) Dell who knows how to handle Wall Street (and share price) comes out and say's this is not what we said and calms investors fears. THIS IS IMPORTANT ....

2. Intel is a big problem.

I assure you 10 months ago IDT was sure the WC would be a big success. Now, who knows?? Yea, I know IDT only wants a tiny tiny tiny piece of Intels business but I'm here to tell you Intel will not give away 1 dime. History shows that Intel has a way of KILLING any and all companies that get in the way. (FTC or not)

I held 20,000 shares of IDT 6 months ago. I went out and bought a computer for my mother in law and discovered that clock speeds of 266 could be bought for about $1000. At the time IDT was only shipping processors at 200. It hit me like a ton of bricks...IDT will never catch up. (just ask AMD they have yet to catch Intel and NEVER will)
I know...Idt has said they don't want to compete with Intel..but guess what??? Shareholders all have a small hope that somehow Idt will compete successfully with Intel and because this will never happen IDT will ALWAYS disappoint shareholders.

Why speculate with your money??? INVEST
