mmeggs: I dont think 10% failure of anything is acceptable. Plan for it if you want but the powers that be had better not be happy with it. Time will tell, but the failure rate of the I* is a little high for my liking, I hope G* is not going to go through the same thing. But then again, G* being second to market, gets to learn all the things I* has to suffer through. I would hope management is savy enough to take action to benefit from I* problems. It will be an interesting fall for I. (no pun intended!) I think it is these types of affairs which will continue to impress the G superiority. Jeff Vayda
