Novadog, sorry for the late response. Elected myself to cook food for my boss's birthday tomorrow. Came straight home at 4:00 and just now finished. Anyway, regarding your question of the MM bid and ask ratio. My answer is none of the above. What you have is bored MM's not promoting either a buy or a sell. You see, the increase of MM's was in hope of a feeding frenzie right before earnings release. There was investors who doubled when they hit .06 and they bailed. There was not enough buyers to make the MM's money. By the way I know level II and understand what you are saying, but this is the penny arena not bluechips. It operates in a complete reverse between the two.
