Maybe we all need to invest in SI...are they publicly traded...or do we all just stay dumb? (No insiders own it either I see!)

Let's see if I am getting this: I have e-mailed the SI webmistress four times about a problem I have been having with SI....actually all the same e-mails, because the first one was never answered, nor the second, or the third, or the fourth. So now.....hmmm...what is so? Did I really send those e-mails, and if I did, were they really answered, but I just think they were not? Oh wait! I wonder if SI has a connection with Amazon, for they sell Catch 22, by Joseph Heller.
