Fantastic news. But a 25,000 shares trade crossed the wires at the bid of 1 19/32. If suach a news can't grive the stock up, what will?

They have not had any problems in the past securing infusions of capital and I don't expect any difficulty now. I would expect that now the definitive agreement has been signed, the company's options for the $10 million have expanded and more than likely the terms will be more favorable to the company. This acquisition is truly a milestone in that Houlihan has stated all along that once the revenues reach the $100 million level they will be able to market the company for 2-3 times revenues. This news really is fantastic and its just too bad that we have a couple of sellers out there willing to take so little for their shares to apparently hold the price down for one reason or another. We have had 44900 shares at the ask today with 25900 at the bid. Best Regards
