<<Please explain where you've come by the information that CCI, a
brand new company that has no operating history to date, is
unreliable.>>
What are you talking about? CCI supposedly had 1.5 million customers last year according to people on the other TSIG thread. Is that a lie?

Actually, it's important to remember that CCI does have an operating history and made $800,000 in net income (unaudited) last year. This is a strong mark of distinction in an sector where TSIG's primary competitors are all losing substantial amounts of money.

Also, regarding the company's operating history: at this point, we have a very small handful (6-7 people) of negative testimonials. I'm suspicious of their appearance at this time, but let's assume they are legitimate. Out of 1.5 million cardholders, we have 6 or 7 standing up to be counted as disgruntled. As a counterweight, we also have the CEO's figures on retention rates (90%). I'm not even close to being convinced that we've seen evidence that this company is fundamentally amiss as an operating entity.

Let's stay focused on the facts we've got and not let hypers or bashers sway us with anecdotal evidence, rumor, and innuendo.
