Gary, I am behind a firewall also and having no luck downloading. Internet Downloader works fine from home, but not at office behind firewall. I tried using the browser (netscape 4.05) (right click, then save with .zip extension), but when running update program I get zip errors. Also noticed that after saving to incomming folder the file size is bigger than file size displayed on QP site. Spoke with TechSupport person this morning. They tried same procedure and got different size file after downloading also. Said they would reload yesterdays data and for me to try again......same problem..
Any ideas....
