Matt, please thank Frank Landi Sr. for his clear response to the WIN article. It is too bad that some of this information comes to us for the first time in this manner. As a shareholder, when I read a press release such as the Wilcox Inn one, until the company announces that the deal has been "done" I expect that it's still in the works. Hopefully, as many people will read Frank's response as read Lewis' article. JOE
