It appears from the five day chart, that the investment house that is accumulating shares for Wayne, has shorted the stock and is now buying at bargain prices, prior to the rumored takeover. This is the same thing they did with CAGI, and now the stock is going ballistic. I will be buying VIKG, just like I accumulated CAGI and hold for the final move. What do I know? I did get in contact with the company after several calls and they stated that they can not discuss their current activities, what does that tell me?
